Quality and Environment
From the beginning of our activity, our mission is to offer a high quality product. In order to obtain and to grant this result we operate on the following topics:
- Suppliers: the components we use for the commercial parts (bearings, seals, nuts, etc.) are purchased only from companies, which are the leaders in their sectors. The supply chain is constantly monitored and certified.
- Production: we adopt a precise and strict process control in all phases of the machining.
- Testing: before shipment, 100% of our production must pass a final testing. For the coolant through driven toolholders, the testing is performed with coolant at the prescribed pressure.
- Traceability: every product of M.T. is marked with a serial number and the shipment date.
Our Quality Department is equipped with 3D testing measuring machines, with instruments for the optical profile measurement and with instruments for the testing of the geometry.
The high quality of our production, together with the state of the art technical solution that we adopt, allows us to offer on the full range of our driven toolholders a warranty period of two years from the shipment date, which is marked on every single product.
Our quality certificates
On February 24th, 2016 M.T. obtained, one of the first companies in Italy, the certification according to the new 2015 edition of the UNI EN ISO 9001, for the quality control system, and UNI EN ISO 14001 for the environmental management.
Since December 21st 2020 M.T. has also obtained the certification AS9100D/EN9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 for precision mechanical machining for the aerospace and industrial market.
